TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions - Pilates Together GmbH
Participation in any activity at Pilates Together GmbH requires acceptance of the following terms:

1. Studio Cleanliness
Clients are expected to leave the equipment and training area clean and tidy after each session.
Please return all props to their original place and wipe down the apparatus after use.
2. Personal Hygiene
Clients must arrive clean and wear appropriate training clothes.
Out of respect for the equipment and other clients, please avoid products that transfer easily onto the apparatus (heavy makeup, oils or creams).
These can leave marks that are difficult to remove and may damage the surfaces.
Arriving with a clean, dry face helps keep the studio fresh and comfortable for everyone.

3. Jewellery, Rings and Accessories
For safety and to protect the classical Pilates equipment, all rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces and belts must be removed before training.
Metal accessories can scratch, tear or mark the apparatus and may cause injury during movement.
4. Health Conditions
Clients must inform the instructor before each session of any injury, surgery, pain, pregnancy or medical condition that may affect their training.
5. Cancellations (24-hour policy)
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session.
Cancellations made after this window, or missed sessions, will be fully charged.
6. Packages and Validity
Packages have a limited validity period, which is indicated at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions within the validity period cannot be refunded, extended or transferred unless explicitly approved in writing.
7. Payments (Pre-payment required)
All payments for packages or single sessions must be made in advance.
Sessions can only be attended once payment has been received.
Packages and credits are activated upon payment and remain valid only within their defined validity period.
No refunds are provided for unused or expired sessions unless explicitly approved in writing.
8. Pets
Dogs are welcome if kept on a leash at the entrance area of the studio.
Owners are fully responsible for cleaning after their pets.
If a dog barks repeatedly or disturbs other clients, please do not bring the dog to future sessions.
Barking can interrupt the flow of the class and affect the concentration and comfort of the group.
9. Personal Responsibility
Clients participate at their own risk. Pilates Together GmbH is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disregard of these terms.
10. Respectful Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward the environment, the equipment, the instructors and other participants at all times.
