CANCELLATION POLICY

Workshops, Nutrition Programs & Special Courses:

 

• Up to 30 days before start - Full refund (minus 10% admin fee)

• 14–30 days before start - 50% refund

• Less than 14 days before start - No refund

• In case of illness (with medical certificate), credit may be transferred to a future program

 

Private Sessions:

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance - no charge

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged

 

Group Classes (Reformer / Tower / Mat):

• Cancellations up to 24 hours before class - no charge

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be counted as used sessions
