WHAT DO WE TEACH IN THE STUDIO?

We are teaching Classic Pilates, CoreAlign® and Humen Harmony Training.

WHY WE TEACH A FEW DIFFERENT METHODS IN OUR STUDIO?

The main method of Joseph Pilates is to perform exercises in lying and sitting positions. Not much while standing.  From my experience I realized that it is important to practice movements in a natural human position: stand upright!

So I completed my training concept with an addition of the CoreAlign® method.
It is important for me to teach my clients advanced knowledge based on the principles of Pilates and CoreAlign® method so that they can accumulate personal knowledge and train at home,

in the office or everywhere. Thereby the clients improve their personal abilities independently. So I am proud to present the Human Harmony Training method.

A Method without any tools or gear, that is possible to perform at any time and any place.

WHAT IS CLASSIC PILATES?

Classical Pilates refers to the traditional series of exercises designed by Joseph Pilates, performed in the precise sequence he had intended, with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.

WHAT IS THE COREALIGN® METHOD? 

CoreAlign® is a functionally unique rhythmic exercise combined with an upright posture, which stimulates the main muscles and was specially developed to improve natural body alignment.
It is suitable for all ages and benefits all lifestyles.
The CoreAlign® apparatus consists of two standing bases, which move parallel on a set of tracks.
The bases have varying resistance levels for different intensity exercises, suitable for deep workout and rehabilitation.

WHAT IS HUMAN HARMONY TRAINING?

Human Harmony Training is a unique free-style exercise method replicating daily movements, making it easy for almost anybody to do and created by Jonathan Hoffman the inventor of the CoreAlign®.
We teach 30 different Harmony exercises, which are recommended to be completed on a daily basis and can be completed in just 5 minutes.

Once you learn this routine you can independently train in your home, office, or hotel surroundings. After three months of training, you will see the benefits and begin to develop a great look and feel.

I HAVE BACK PAIN. CAN PILATES HELP?

The Pilates method is very effective and the results can be felt quickly.

We teach you a combination of workouts, performed in the studio and at home. 

I AM NOT FIT. I CAN JOIN TO GROUP CLASS?

You can join to group class at anytime.

To any each exercise we have modifications that allow you to preform according to your current ability.

CAN I SIGN UP FOR A GROUP CLASS?

Yes, absolutely!
You can register through the site.
Just choose the day and time that suits you!

HOW LONG DOES A LESSON LAST?

The lesson lasts 55 minutes.

IS PILATES TOGETHER GMBH RECOGNISED BY HEALTH INSURANCE?

Pilates Together GmbH is member of BGB and Fitness Guide.
We are recognised by most health Insurance.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay via Bank transfer, Twint or Cash.

WHAT IS YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN?

It is possible to cancel 24 hours before the booked appointment.  

If something unexpected happens, you have the possibility to make up the lesson one week later or until the end of the month.
