Chaz Knight - Intensive Weekend (Classical Pilates)
A focused weekend for teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to refine the basics that actually change bodies - not by “doing more”, but by understanding what to look for, what to build, and how to layer progressions with clarity.
Across two full days we work through the classical system with practical teaching application: Pre-Pilates progressions (supine, seated, standing), the Spine Corrector and barrels for mobility and organization, and the Wunda Chair to translate that work into strength, control, and athletic movement quality.
Expect clear structure, precise cueing, and take-home progressions you can use immediately in the studio
