About the event
While completing this last part of Mat and Reformer training, you will be fully qualified by the end of this module, understanding what the body needs and work on this multi dimensional piece of apparatus, the Cadillac.
This training module will show all classical exercises that can also be performed on a Wall Unit/Tower in all levels of difficulty.
